Pictures of Faulty Windows
On November 2, 2022, tenant contacted Ms. Mora by email to let her know our widows in the living room and main bedroom are not weather-proof and we are experiencing water damage in our apartment due to faulty windows. He asked for Ms. Mora to come look at them. She rejected my request outright, without checking the windows to make a determination. As a consequence, the apartment inhabited by the tenant is experiencing water damage and mold around our windows and seals. Please see videos and images below documenting damage.

Yolanda,
Thank you for your response, I am noting that you have not bothered to investigate my request before sending me this email. That's unprofessional and against the state's policy as it relates to building upkeep. Based on your response, I have no choice but to pull my attorney into this discussion. I'll want damages and attorney's fees on top of the replaced windows and I think this is a story every renter should be aware of. My attorney will be in touch with Mr. Warren going forward on this matter.

Ok, sounds good. I believe they are original (over 50 years old). The glass in the living room is very thin to the point where it has ripples in it. When the wind blows they bend inward, creating a gap for the wind to come into the house. When it is rainy and windy, the wind blows the rain onto the window seal. I decided to write this morning after cleaning up the water. We went through it last year - I don't want to deal with that again. I will be available Friday or over the weekend for you or Jose to stop by.
